ABOUT
AURORA is a solo artist signed under the label of Universal Music Records. Edie Aurora, under the stage name AURORA, started song writing at a young age, and took inspiration from artists and bands such as Alanis Morissette, The Cranberries, and Paramore. AURORA stays within the boundaries of indie rock with a sense of pop rock peeking through in some of her works.
"Dreams" is her first single on her titular album "AURORA" and was written to follow the course of her relationship with her mother in the months leading up to her departure to university. Edie treasures her family and aims to make this evident through her music, while also sharing her own personal inner turmoil as she navigates her adulthood.
When asked what her intention is with her growing music career, she said she wants to have a sound that transcends the whims of musical fashion. Stream "Dreams" now.
